Volunteers should plan to meet by 9 a.m. at the Encore Community Services located in the basement of St. Malachy's Church. As a thank you for your time and non sibi spirit, Marcia will host a brunch for all volunteers after the project at a restaurant (TBD) nearby.

Tasks include painting, cleaning, changing out sand and wood chips, and bringing in moss and stones for select non-releasable hawks, owls, falcons, and porcupine enclosures. There will be a brief wrap up presentation following the project, and access to live streams and videos of ambassadors using their new enclosures!

Food and Medicine Gardening: Family friendly! Tasks include pulling weeds and planting new food (lettuce and kale) and medicine (echinacea and citronella) in garden beds. There will be a brief wrap up presentation after the project and free play in the nature center.
